My fitness goal for this term is to exercise at least 5 days a week, for at least 25 minutes a day.
My plan to achieve this goal is to do a yoga video for 25 minutes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and once on the weekend. I will also do a kickboxing workout with my friends for 50 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Wed, Nov 18th - Last week I didn't do very well in relation to my goal - I only worked out twice! This week has started off well so far. I really enjoy both of my activities: yoga is very relaxing after a long day and kickboxing is actually lots of fun. Hopefully I will be able to keep it up!
Mon, Nov 30th - I did really well the week of the 16th-19th with keeping up my fitness. Last week was terrible - no fitness at all! I was so busy and tired from work that I didn't have the time or energy to keep up my plan. I hope that this week will be much better. December is going to be a busy month, but I will have to try to make the time to keep up my kickboxing and yoga!
Tues, Dec 8th - I have really gotten off track lately with my fitness. I think that I will try to get on track this week by doing kickboxing for a start, even if I don't get to do my yoga. I think my goal is still realistic, but not when things get busy!
